We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Louisville - East! The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, and the amenities such as the fitness center and common areas made our stay even more enjoyable. The only surprise—or minor drawback—was that parking was not included and required an additional fee. Since the hotel is located a bit removed from the busy downtown area, this was a bit disappointing and not common in our experiences.

Breakfast was amazing each morning. Lady at front desk was so sweet and made our stay absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable, rooms very clean. We had a small hiccup with an inoperable toilet. They promptly switched us to another room, no issues. Loved our stay, planning on staying again.

The night of arrival I had a small issue with my room. I went to the front desk, spoke to the young man that was on duty. Told him my issue and without any hesitation he apologized, moved my 73 year old Mom and myself to another room. An upgrade to make up for the issue. I was pleased with his quick reaction to resolve the issue. He has great customer service!!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much. We loved that we had small kitchen the fridge was amazing and the stove top was top notch. Hate eating out all weekend so we did enjoy meal Friday and Saturday night. Definitely made our weekend away from home. So mich sweeter.

Felt like home since we had to stay so long. The staff treated us like family not strangers and at the end of the day it is all I wanted to be at “home” because it was so comfy just like home. Would still be there if we weren’t asked to leave. Basically kicked out.

The property location is great. The hotel is situated across the street from a 24 hour gas station and close to the highways. I arrived at 1:40AM due to traffic. My original check in date was for 8/31/24, the front desk associate was sooooo nice his name is Drew, he contacted the hotel Manager Brandy and she allowed the late check in. I was so appreciative and thankful. Also the water do stay hot, the breakfast was great. Now finding the room was a bit confusing due to the layout

The location is nice. Everything seemed to be within a 15 min drive each direction. The bed was super comfy! I quite enjoyed having an actual Fridge in the room as well. It was a little dated, but not bad at all.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast options were good. I thought the bed was comfortable and that the facility was up to date. The hotel staff was also very nice.

Really nice, big rooms with excellent kitchenette area. Nice bathroom with sink separate from toilet and shower. Ample closet space for a hotel.
